Dr. King is a graduate of Cornell University and SUNY Upstate Medical University. He completed General Surgery training at the Medical College of Virginia and Vascular Surgery fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. King is the author of multiple journal articles, co-author of book chapter in Endovascular Surgery, and has presented at national and regional surgical meetings. He is the winner of numerous research awards and recipient of several surgical achievement awards. He also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at at The Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. Dr. King is currently a member of the Medical Executive Committee at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Dr. King treats patients with a variety of vascular disorders, utilizing both conventional open surgery and less invasive percutaneous techniques. He is trained in advanced wound care techniques and is a part of the multidisciplinary St. Vincent’s wound care team. He cares for patients at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport Hospital and Griffin Health. He may be seen by appointment at the CVTSA offices in Fairfield and Shelton.
